Let’s face it…
One of the biggest dangers people face over winter is losing motivation
Especially when it’s dark and cold outside (and almost everyone around us seems to be gorging on stodgy comfort food and wine)
Even if things seem to be going well now… as we head into November and December, it can be very tempting to give in to that voice in your head that says “Sod it… I’ll start again in January”
And as we get closer and closer to Christmas, that “little devil on your shoulder” tends to get louder and louder...
...Which can lead to gorging on a sharing bags of chocolate in the evening, snacking on biscuits and crisps, a few extra glasses of wine every evening
And as you know - those extra calories add up
Which can quickly lead to being half a stone heavier (or more!) by the end of the year
Clothes no longer fitting…
Energy levels and confidence going down the drain...
Watching all those hard earned results slipping away and giving yourself a mountain to climb come January
This is something that happens to SO MANY people.
Maybe you’ve even experienced this yourself in the past?
I call this phenomenon:
“Seasonal Weight Regain”
I’ve spoken to countless women who’ve spent their entire adult lives losing and regaining the same 6-14lbs every year
Dropping it in the run up to summer, then regaining it throughout the winter
(and guess what… it only gets harder to lose as you get older - even before entering the menopause)
“Seasonal Weight Regain” is exhausting
And I really don’t want you to face that sinking feeling in the pit of your stomach knowing you’ll have to lose it all over again in January just to get back to where you are right now
(let alone make any progress towards those long-term goals you have)
I’m sure you don’t want to be in that place either, right?
So let’s make SURE you don’t experience that this year...
...let’s make SURE that you have something that makes it impossible not to stay motivated through winter and into January.
